Originally from Ireland, Jade completed her undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science before moving to the UK to pursue a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. She began her career in a hospital setting, gaining valuable experience in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation cases.

Since relocating to Abu Dhabi, Jade has built strong clinical experience within a hospital environment, supporting patients through recovery and return to function. She has a strong interest in sports rehabilitation and enjoys helping individuals regain strength, confidence, and performance following injury.

Jade takes a patient-centred approach to treatment, focusing on tailored rehabilitation programmes, hands-on therapy, and education to support long-term results. She treats a wide variety of conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, general musculoskeletal issues, and paediatric cases, with the aim of helping patients move better and feel stronger in their everyday lives.

Outside of the clinic, Jade enjoys staying active through gym training, with a particular interest in HIIT and CrossFit. She previously played Gaelic football in Ireland and has always had a strong interest in sport and fitness.
